Today on Jihad Watch, I read the following comment from a fairly regular Muslim poster. I thought it was worth re-posting here. And please note, the text in bold is as was originally posted by the author:
Islam does not recommend “Global Jihad.” All that Islam says is, “defend yourself when attacked.”
The 9/11 USA was an inside job. It is becoming apparent that the 7/7 London is also an inside job. Thus, the Muslims are unjustly blamed and attacked. Islam permits jihad when a muslim is attacked unjustly. Thus, jihad in Afghanistan and Iraq are sanctioned in Islam.
The Imam is right. The mosque is a place of prayer and learning. If Fazel seeks clarification, the Imam is obliged to give the clarifications. It is not imcumbent upon the Imam to pry into the hearts of those who come to worship behind him; the hearts are known to Allah SWT and He tunes the hearts.

You are one of the most ridiculous, ignorant people I have ever come across. While searching for a video on the internet I found site on which you commented. You said “‘Muslim-American’ LOL. A contradiction if I ever heard one.” Firsty, that is the most closed minded, UNAmerican statement I have ever heard. Freedom of religion and speech is one of the most, if not the most, vital parts of our country. An American can be whatever religion they want-Satan worshipper, Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Agnostic. YOU are the contradiction, pretending to be such a patriot and then openly stating that being a Muslim-American is a contradiction. I know many wonderful Muslim Americans, who are extremely beautiful, interesting people. Quite frankly, considering the way our redneck conservative hicks treat them, I am proud of their open defiance. It is also unfair of you to generalize Muslims. Some Musims, I’m sure, support our completely moronic president, the same as some Texans, I’m sure, detest him. You have absolutely no foundation in posting a comment like that, and some day, you are going to regret ever being so horribly ignorant.
The sad part is, our nation is loaded with people like yourself, that instead of educating themselves to the facts about Jihad and the real nature of Islam, prefer to swallow pipe-dreams and sling stones at your own countrymen, rather than understand the dire realities.
I appreciate the insults. At least I know you were reading. One day perhaps you will read something else that will open your narrow mind.
