I get alerts sent to me about Congressional votes, probably like a lot of responsible Americans. But I came across something in a casual search of Congress.org (a private watchdog group not affiliated with the U.S. government) that is a feature called ‘Soapbox’, which allows the average citizen to post their own issues for the web to see and react to Congress on. You are about to witness why California is a nutfarm and why, when we say that Ultra-Liberals yell the loudest, we aren’t kidding. Just look at some of these ‘Soapbox’ topics posted by private citizens from across the United States:
How Can Bush Stand By Israel When Our Prisons Are Full with Murderers and Child Abductors? - CA
How the Patriot Act Compares to Hitler’s Enabling Act - CA
Laguna Hills, CA - Supreme Court Has Found Bush Guilty of War Crimes
Laguna Hills, CA - Bush Plans For A Third Term Presidency
Laguna Hills, CA - Is George W. Bush A Psychopath?
Detention Camps for Political Dissidents Built in Usa - CA
But it’s not all bad news. Even amidst the torrent of radical left propaganda (and believe me, I’m no Bush-ite myself but I know nutcases when I see them), there are still voices of sanity even in places like California:

Sure, it’s “a shout in a crowded stadium full of deaf people”, but I still must applaud this person’s determination. It represents to me a spirit that exists tucked away, not showing up nearly often enough in the United States today. But if we nurture that spirit, it can gain the strength needed to win; and that is the spirit to say the truth in the face of Political Correctness.
I’m adding this shout to my blogroll (see the links on the lower left). Every little bit helps in this crazy fight we are facing today — the fight for the future of the United States, on multiple fronts, and I wish I was only exaggerating.
