A statement from a recent LA Times article:
IF YOU THINK IRANIAN PRESIDENT Mahmoud Ahmadinejad makes outlandish comments, consider what Mao Tse-tung said to a visiting head of state in 1954: “If someone else can drop an atomic bomb, then I can too. Nonetheless, 15 years later, a nuclear-armed China was not only contained by the world, it opted for normalization of relations with its archenemy, the United States. Today, it is fashionable to equate Ahmadinejad with Hitler, yet the lesson of the 20th century is that rash leaders can , in fact, be deterred.
Mao Tse-tung was not a Muslim. How little so many pumped up equivalence-artists in media and government still know or are willing to learn about the roots of jihad. Do not pay too much attention to historical revisionists and the like. It is a sad state, but every single day I either talk to, respond in comments with or field emails from people that are of a like mind to this LA Times writer — they simply do not believe that Islam can hold such sway over its people that they might murder with weapons of mass destruction. Even the daily self-implosions by suicide bombers in the name of Islam are not enough testimony to the danger for minds like these.
Muslims believe in their religion. The truly devout ones will use any means to usher in a new age of the Caliphate and dominance by Sharia Law over the entire world. If you want to wake up in such a world as that, keep believing in fairy tales like this LA Times writer is trying to invest you with. It will make the work of Islamists very happy and quicker, and I’m sure that CAIR can go on building even more than the 32 offices they already have in the United States, all the better to convince us of their ultimately “benevolent” intent.
“Rash leaders” that believe in life over death may be deterred, yes, but leaders (and followers) that believe death is for the glory of Islamic jihad and is guarantee of prominence in Paradise can not be so easily assuaged.

So Mao was “tamed”. Big deal. Mao was one of history’s monsters but even he realized that China would be utterly destroyed in a nuclear war with either the US or USSR. Obviously, this was of some concern to him and he acted somewhat rationally when it came to using nuclear weapons. The Iranian simian in chief, on the other hand is highly irrational. Mao knew his limits, Hitler did not and A-Nut most certainly has the same mentality as the latter. Because Hitler did not know his limitations he gave the world WW2 and a Holocaust. I suppose this rag would like us to wait and see if the Iranian monkey man will discover his limitations like Mao did or if he will act totally out of control as did Hitler. Given his Hitlerian type speeches, the world can’t afford to wait around much longer to see which lunatic he will end up imitating.
