We sometimes forget for a moment that there are brave young men and women suffering and dying over in the Middle East every day because they are following orders and protecting the United States from terrorists, and worse, enemies that are not being described to them by our government. I want you to never forget the troops and to understand that no matter what you hear or believe about Iraq or Afghanistan, never quit supporting them. We must bring them home after the mission is complete and it is our duty to better understand this conflict so that we can help define the enemy.
No war can be won without properly defining the enemy.
The bad news though is that the mission has only begun. This Long War has barely entered its first phase.
Watch the following video and you will be moved just as I was (thanks to Sheila for pointing it out):
And as the next Presidential Election approaches, ask yourself, “Am I going to allow Washington to continue to deny that we are at war with Islam? Am I going to continue to allow the troops to be thrown to the wind and told to fight shadows in the dark instead of a defined enemy?”
The enemies are right here in the United States, not just overseas. Islamist groups like CAIR rally support for them and have a longterm mission to overthrow the U.S. government and replace it with Sharia Law. Imams like Al Husaini are the domestic enemy. Wherever a Call to Prayer tower goes up, there are your enemies. I can no longer mince words and try to sort out the “good Muslims” from the “casual Muslims”, and our troops should be told the realities about the Islamic faith instead of building schools for the Islamic faithful.
We are at war with a massive ideology of hate. It’s about time we started acting like it. And we owe it to our soldiers to make the U.S. government admit it.
Good afternoon.

It’s amazing how we send troops overseas to stop the unnamed enemy yet we do absolutely nothing about that same enemy domestically. If anything, the idiot pols aid the enemy to make further inroads in the US.
