Like clockwork: NYTimes wants more gun control

Knee-jerk reactions and lack of vision and wisdom and courage may be the death of the United States yet. I abhor the Far Left. Never solutions, only vitriol and finger-pointing. Never mind that without the means to protect ourselves we’d end up slaves to our own government within 100 years and powerless against Islamists maybe sooner than that. It’s always so convenient to attack the tools involved instead of the ideologies and mentality of the murderers who perpetrate the crimes.

I wonder how the Leftists would react if I demanded stupidity control. They’d be in serious trouble.

Personally, I think we should outlaw insanity. That should take care of so many problems. If it was a crime to be insane, no one could ever again be found “not guilty by reason of insanity.” Think about how many problems would be solved if we just got rid of insanity!

We’d have to prosecute half the Democratic Party and especially Nancy Pelosi if we outlaw all insanity. The idea is starting to grow on me.
