I’m making an extra effort this morning to filter out many of the pro-Islam and Islam proselytizing ads that have been randomly placed on the Anvil for months. I think I’m seeing results. I know that more than a few of you will be happy to see them gone and this will mean even more relevant and hopefully useful advertising for the majority of my visitors.
I couldn’t exactly push a successful Boycott Islam campaign and continue to unwittingly send traffic to Islamic businesses, now could I?
UPDATE: You just never know who you might filter out until you start paying closer attention: Ahmed Bedier of CAIR, Tampa advertising as a “Moderate Muslim” — um, I don’t think so.
I have an elephant’s memory, Mr. Bedier:
“Hate bloggers: understand this, you will never be as credible as CAIR. No one cares about your hateful views. You are very shady folks with questionable backgrounds and motives. Continue to live your fantasy on the Internet.”

I’m not a muslim, or even a sympathizer, but I don’t understand why you hate them so much.
@kip152: People continually come here with Quixotic ideas and don’t take the time to read anything about me before they decide to assume I hate Muslims. I don’t have the energy to hate people. The Anvil takes too much time.
It’s because I actually stand for what’s good in the world and don’t keep my mouth shut. I’m an easy target for the lackluster parade of fools that think they are righteous by finding equivalence in everything from Scientology to Islam, and then standing by while Islamic terrorists form the vanguard for a New Caliphate.
God gave me a brain, not a methodology to hate. I am simply striving to awaken people to a threat that masquerades as a religion. I’ve studied Islam and continue to learn more about it every day.
You won’t understand any of this until you actually decide to look.

Do you follow news around the world on the activities of Muslims - be it Iraq, Israel, Thailand, Russia, Serbia, India, Europe, Indonesia, Egypt, Lebanon, et al? Or even in US - be it Ft Dix, the Flying Imams, the MN Muslim cabdrivers refusing to transport passengers with dogs or alcohol, Muslim cashiers refusing to ring in pork, et al?
Or is your idea of news the latest exploits of Lindsey Lohan or Paris Hilton?

I live under an hour away from Fort Dix. I live under half an hour away from the airport the terrorists on 9/11 used to practice flying prop planes.
It isn’t about hating people. It really isn’t about hate. It’s about looking at the enemy and fighting it. Islam is the enemy, not the people. The people are just corrupted, and it really isn’t their fault. They live in a part of the world full of ignorance where you must submit to Islam or face exile, and worse, death. Even terrorists aren’t the ones that are truly evil. Most of them were brainwashed at young ages. Take away Islam and I’m sure none of them would commit terrorists acts ever in their lives.
Islam is the enemy. Not the Muslim people.

Most of us, including myself, don’t hate muslims. I just don’t like what islamic domination can do to the free world. It’s not hard to see what is going on everywhere.That is there frequently stated goal also.

Is there a way to stop Islamic links from showing up on “Ads by Google” at the top of the page?
What ads are you referring to? My account is all-inclusive and that list you see is in my filters. This means that all Google Adsense ads on my site are filtered, top of the page or otherwise. If more Islamic companies show up, I will get rid of them in due course.
That’s how it works. It’s not a piecemeal thing.

It typically takes about 3-4 hours for the changes to take effect.
Here in Central Europe, as men and woman of christian-catholic tradition we are standing up against NAZIslam.
