This question has long needed clear examination: “Is Islam a religion or a cult?”

Well, the apostates from Islam at ApostatesofIslam.com do an excellent job of giving you an answer in the following video:

There is a mentality that is infested within every Muslim, because upon study of Islam I have come realize the irrefutable correlation between Islamic teachings and cult tactics devised to control the minds of its followers. In a cult the members are trained to reject and disbelieve criticism of the cult as lies from Satan; such is the case with Islam. Islam emphasizes that you should not ever question its laws and the criticism of Muhammad is totally prohibited. So Muslims often avoid reading any critical views about their faith. Now, immediately we have a problem here because it is not a crime to think. To the reasonable person it should make sense to examine a religion before you follow it. Perhaps it is best described in the words of Thomas Jefferson:

“Question with boldness even the existence of God; because if there be one, He must approve the homage of Reason rather than that of blindfolded Fear.” -Thomas Jefferson

It is common for Imams to preach the phrase: “Don’t ask why God tells you to do certain things; if he commands it then just do it.” This should be a red flag-as soon as you’re told never to question anything there is almost always something not right.

And last, but not least, here’s a video from Jewish Task Force (JTF) that I included on the Boycott Islam page a few days ago, but I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss it:

“Remove this idea that Islam is a ‘Religion of Peace’. Islam is not a ‘Religion of Peace.’ ”

“I come to slaughter all of you!”
