It appears official: SonicWALL Internet Security has re-rated Foehammer’s Anvil from pornography to web communications. This would not have happened without the efforts of Anvil readers and my fellow bloggers and 1389 deserves the greatest credit and thanks for discovering this particular censor in the first place and disseminating the needed information to so many people.
I feel that this is not only a Free Speech victory for the Anvil, but a victory for the entire Blogosphere and especially the Anti-Jihad portion of it.

This change does not mean that I can afford to sit on my hands. I will have to remain vigilant so that such changes are not reversed by the intent and actions of fascists and Islamists that we all know are active on the Internet. It also does not free me from seeking out other companies that are being manipulated into censoring the Anvil. This will be, unfortunately, a never-ending job.
But I’ll enjoy this victory today!

Good news! However, for what it’s worth SurfControl blocks access to this site and now to Jihad Watch as well. Makes one wonder who owns these gatekepers of the Internet. It wouldn’t be surprising if the dirty oil money of Riyadh is behind a lot of this.

Leadership is all-powerful, ideology is totalistic, and the will of the individual is subordinate to the group. Sets itself outside of society.

@Islamsforlosers: Yes, thanks for finding this information. I’m keeping track of each of these censor companies as they are discovered. I’ll have to check them every few months to make sure they don’t revert back to some other nonsense once they are “fixed.”
