On the advice of several people, I’m going to take a break from posting on the Anvil for at least two days. I may reply to comments and emails. I might even post a brief story link if it’s urgent, but as of this moment, I’m off to rejuvenate my spiritual batteries as a main priority.
I’d like to remind everyone that I will be interviewed live this Friday, August 17th, over at The Gathering Storm. Details may still be found here.
On a side-note, I would also like to mention that the Anvil’s syndicated (RSS) readership hit an all-time record high today at 159. RSS readership is important because it represents additional readers that are not necessarily visiting the site itself and being counted among the hits. So, the message is getting out there, folks. This site is succeeding; I’m just difficult to satisfy and always my own worst critic.
Let that be a lesson to CAIR and the troglodytes that assist all Islamists and all fascists — censorship, thought-policing — these tools of the enemies of Freedom might slow progress, but they will never completely stop it.
Consider this thread now open to any reader discussion. Knock yourselves out.

Foehammer,
If you have any questions as to the radio show this Friday, send me an email: AlwaysOnWatch@aol.com
Looking forward to interviewing you!
There is no rest for the wicked. Mohsmomzazionistho points out that Islam never rests. According to swami logic, Islam must then, be wicked.
You do a great job on counteracting Islamic wickedness, but you do need to take a break every now and then. If you keep your nose to the grindstone, you will soon wear it off. It’s better if muslims wear their noses off…have good whatever it is…
“I’ve had a half-dozen emails bounce when I’ve tried to reply to you before. Half a world apart…
”
Drats! What have I missed?
:)
A simple way to help publicize Foehammer’s Anvil: always leave a link back to this site whenever you comment in the comment sections of online mainstream newspapers and other online publications.
Whats the latest word on the anti-Sharia rally?
Enjoy your rest Foe, its well earned.
@Gramfan: I just checked all my Anvil email addresses and they are working. Disk space is plentiful and email quotas are not anywhere near full. Something might have bounced due to networking errors across the Net. It happens. I’ve had a half-dozen emails bounce when I’ve tried to reply to you before. Half a world apart…
@Everyone: Big thanks for all the supportive and kind words and donations I’ve received in the last few days. The rest is doing me good.
You’re missed already Foehammer. Rest up and get back. BTW, looking forward to Friday’s radio show!
Regards,
Patricia
Islam will not reform until faced with an existential fight. To this end see Saneworks. There in the latest submission by the site owners is the theorectical/historical framework from which Foehammer works. I agree with Saneworks.
Revive quickly Foehammer because Islam takes no breaks. But such is necessary. A wise warrior always takes time to refresh.
FH,
OT
Your email is down again
Just popping by to wish you well for your interview on Friday. It’s good that you’re taking a little break to recharge the batteries. Which is not to say that I’ve seen any evidence of them going flat. No! Nothing could be further from the truth. Hope you come back even stronger (if that’s possible).
FH,
hope you really do have a little break. I think I will too
Fortify yourself for your broadcast.
Also, saw this on JWDW and I thought I would post it for your US readers:
http://www.jihadawareness.blogspot.com/
@Emperor: Jihad News Feeds
That little creation of mine should help consolidate things a bit for just about anyone…
Out of curiosity, what are the main news-aggregator sites everyone out there relies on? My news aggregators are
The Religion of Peace
Little Green Footballs
Eye On The World
Jihad Watch/Dhimmi Watch
Infidel Bloggers’ Alliance/Maverick News Media
Center for Vigilant Freedom
I find that I’m getting information overload from the explosion of anti-Jihad blogs and web sites, many of which carry the same news. I think some sort of consolidation needs to be carried out in order to reduce the redundancy and time-wasting.
It’s summertime . . .which means v-a-c-a-t-i-o-n! ENJOY it Foehammer!
We know this fight is in your blood and you’ll be back when you are good and ready.
I came to your site because I found your comments over at JW/DW satisfying and reassuring.
Here’s wishing you and yours a relaxing, enjoyable respite. All the best.
Foehammer,
Enjoy your well-deserved break!
Thanks for the open thread!
I’ll avail myself of it to publicize these two articles on my own blog, which I posted today:
Web 2.0 and the South Carolina Pipe Bomb Boys
Blog Troubleshooting: “Uh oh, my blog won’t display!”
Both have been submitted to Digg, but neither have been getting any traction to speak of - even though the Blog Troubleshooting has been getting decent viewership from other sources.
Foehammer, I’ve been using WordPress stats and Google stats, and I’m beginning to think that StumbleUpon is, for most types of blog articles, far better for gaining blog viewership than Digg.
That said, I realize that I’d do better with StumbleUpon if I spent more time there, especially with regard to building more relationships with people on StumbleUpon, picking out more articles for others to read, reading and voting on other people’s articles more of the time, etc. That’s enjoyable to do, but the problem is that it also takes a lot of time to generate the content in the first place, as you well know.
