Foehammer’s Anvil

Well, actually, the toad has threatened me in an indirect way, but it amounts to a threat to the Anvil and, of course, my Free Speech rights. It’s a foolish move on Jim Sutter’s part, and I’m obviously going to run over the goal line with it.

Here’s the exact body of the email I just had waiting for me in my inbox this morning:

“John”, as previously shown, there is probable cause to believe that statements you have posted on your Foehammer sites are a violation of United States Code and are not protected by Free Speech. The statements are most definately hate speech, which hurt both the writer and the targeted group towards which the hate speech is directed. I strongly suggest that you tactfully announce you have decided to retire your Foehammer sites before Sunday, 8/19/2007.

Now, many are going to wonder who “John” is. That’s interesting isn’t it? Obviously it’s an attempt by Jim Sutter to guess my true identity. From this email I have little doubt that if he ever did learn what my name is, he would recklessly disclose it. This is also something I will discuss with my legal counsel. You see, by making such a “veiled threat”, Sutter is threatening not only me, but my family, friends and neighbors. Intentional invasion of privacy is against the law in these States, but reckless and knowing endangerment is far worse. I’ll have to find out exactly how many books I can throw at Jim Sutter in the event that he pursues such tactics further, but he’s already put himself in position for me to file a civil suit.

I warned you to steer away, Jim. You are going to pay the price for not taking me seriously. I am a man of little patience when it comes to would-be bullies like you, and frankly, you’ve had far too much fascist effect on the blogosphere as it is, due primarily to feeding the dhimmi fears of bureaucratic institutions.

At this point I urge every single Anvil reader to take any actions you feel like in the matter of Jim Sutter. If the Hatewatch Hall of Shame offends you, flag it for what it is: real hate speech and an active forum to discourage free speech and also to infringe upon the rights of others. “Fight fire with fire.” You may report Sutter’s blog content and actions as libel, defamation and/or hate to Blogger directly here.

And don’t forget to vote for the “good Reverend.” He’s always seeking attention, so give him what he “deserves.”

Oh, and Jim, now my first move will be to work towards seeing that the Hatewatch Hall of Shame is the site that is shutdown. Have a nice day.

This all goes so far beyond the pale that I can barely believe it. See how many outright lies and misrepresentations and defamations and outrageous inferences you can find in this mess. There are dozens, but in bold I’ve marked the most obvious just from the first part of Sutter’s maniacally hateful article:

Foehammer is the nom de guere of an Internet writer, author of several blogs and websites, who is well known for his claimed stance of “Truth-not Islam”. His blogs introduce themselves with this:

“Welcome to the Anvil. You’re about to enter the fight in a way that most are too afraid to even discuss. This is not a site for the faint-hearted infidel, so if the idea of discovering the truth about Islam and the ‘Long War’ frightens you, turn back now. Otherwise, come on in and make use of the information here, participate, learn and educate.”

Foehammer likens himself to some videogame mythological character, fighting “evil” with his hammer. When Foehammer is not blogging, he’s playing video games, especially World of Warcraft, from which he takes his name. As will be shown, there is very little truth in Foehammer’s writings, and the only thing to be learned is how to irrationally hate.

Foehammer, as will be shown, is an extremely arrogant, prideful person, who believes that he knows more than anyone who disagrees with him, that his “grey matter” is far superior to that of others.

This is the usual hubris seen from almost all hate monger sites. We know from history that the same level of arrogance was exhibited by Ghengis Kahn, Adolph Hitler, John Wayne Gacy, AILEEN WUORNOS, , and the Son of Sam. All were arrogant, all were sexually frustrated, some had a habit of abusing little children. They all thought they were the absolute authority on what was right, no matter what the law said. They all thought they were above the law, yet look where they ended up.

Now, what may be shocking to some readers (but we’ve seen it before) is that there is credible evidence that Foehammer, who is an anti-Muslim racist, is also a neo-Nazi, White Supremacist. This is being further investigated, results will be posted when the investigation is finalized.

Foehammer wants to remove the First Amendment from our Constitution so that the religion of Islam can be banned, so that Muslims can be either forcibly deported from the USA or locked in concentration camps, yet he continually claims First Amendment protection for his own hate speech. It has been clearly explained to him that the First Amendment does not have any effect on private parties or corporations blocking or banning hate speech, and does not block the government from enforcing laws about the effects of hate speech, but that “superior grey matter” (to which he frequently lays claim) must be malfunctioning, because he cannot seem to understand such a simple concept.

Let’s look at some interesting background facts first, then we’ll get into some specific examples of his hate speech and bigotry. This background information will help lead us to who Foehammer really is.

There’s much, much more. The man is unhinged and dangerous. The level of hate and projection this kind of libel takes has to be a sign of true insanity. Again, he seems to have absolutely no problem with the idea of invading my anonymity if he can. He lists several URLs that do not even belong to me and never have, including two that he claims have “already been removed from MySpace.” As if Foehammer is a nickname that isn’t used by others online. I have in-fact long ago discussed this in some detail in my About page.

But beyond all this, Sutter actually goes on to name names, list people I do not even know and give out even more details of websites and my hosting company, libeling all of them in the process!

I have, in fact, been contacted by one of the persons he has named and we will be taking action on MySpace together against Sutter tonight.

Next stop: my attorney. the FBI, then my attorney.

Jim Adds Something: This now tagged onto the top of this defamation rant full of lies. Nice try at attempting to look squeaky clean, “Rev”, but I’m sure by now after you’ve been messaged by the man you dragged into this, your palms are sweating.

Nothing has been gathered from private sources, and all information herein is in the public domain, easily accessible through search engines. All websites mentioned in this report have been archived, in case Foehammer decides to try to alter or remove information after the report becomes public. Also note that just prior to posting this article, I emailed Foehammer and again suggested that he “retire” his hate speech sites, sort of a last chance. He clearly understood that it was a last chance, and refused.

Yes, obviously a search engine can give many false leads and more than enough ways for someone to outright LIE. You’ve done it all in spades today, Jimmy-boy. You’d make an Islamist proud.

Funny, I’m looking over your legal records right now. Had run-ins with the law before, I see. That’s funny — I haven’t, “Reverend.”
