This is breaking news and I’m following it as closely as possible. Four Miami police officers have been shot by an as yet unidentified assailant.
What got my attention was the description of the shooter:
“A black man in his 30’s with a full beard and carrying an AK-47 assault rifle.”
“A full beard…”
Yep, that’s a red flag. I’ll post more information as I receive it.
UPDATE: Suspect is believed to be a black male named Kevin Warner. At least one member of Homeland Security is on the scene, most likely just as the logical precautionary move. The officers shot included one female who is currently in surgery.
UPDATE: One of the police officers shot is reported to have died from wounds sustained. The suspect may also be wearing a bulletproof vest and owns several high-powered rifles. In my estimation of the facts known, Kevin Warner must be well-trained in the use of these assault weapons and should be considered extremely dangerous.
UPDATE: Actual suspect name is Shawn Sherwin Labeet(Lebeit/LeBeet), spelling to be confirmed, who apparently has stolen ID from Kevin Warner. It is yet unknown whether this man is an American citizen or not. Apparently Miami police were mislead by an informer about the original identity of the suspect.

“Every moment that he is out there is too long,” Robert Parker, spokesman for Miami-Dade Police Department, told FOX News.
The three injured officers are in serious condition, but are expected to survive, said a spokeswoman for the Miami-Dade Police Department.
Police described Labeet as a black male with a shaven face and short hair. Authorities said he left his Honda near a canal. Police found facial hair in his apartment, indicating he shaved his face.
The suspect purchased three high-powered weapons in March, police said.

The FBI in Florida may not want to overturn that rock but now that the police are shot, I hope the local law enforcement root it out.

I wonder what alerted law enforcement to approach this person. I don’t have any experience with being approached by law enforcement but it does seem to me they had to be aware he was dangerous to have 4 of them. Isn’t it usually one or two? There is much to this story and I hope we will be told the truth. Odd coming right on the heels of the story about the muslim medical student in Michigan being arrested after being caught red handed with an AK-47 and camourflage clothing hanging around the park. We need to all be alert.
Isn’t it funny how when a story like this comes out thoughts turn to the cult of death? This is the legacy of 9/11-one that’s richly deserved because seemingly more than half the time bad news like this usually points to the usual source-the Koran. I’ll bet the Islamaniacs didn’t count on this sort of legacy on their wonderful day six years ago but it’s one they’ll never shake off. Nor should they ever be able to.
That’s two incidents with AK-47’s in the last week,correct?
