Now, who is feeling stupid for continuing to not do as I have advised for at least three years? Attack Iran’s nuclear facilities now, and then quickly focus our energies onto Syria until they relinquish out of raw terror of presented U.S. might and cough up whatever new toys they might have. As for North Korea, now I am seeing why they are misleading us with still more lies — they have been proliferating nuclear technology to our worst enemies with hopes at getting more extortion money and then will simply return straight to form once the shooting wars with Islamists begin in earnest. This is a mess. There have been many warning signs.
From the AP:
ROME - A senior U.S. nuclear official said Friday that North Koreans were in Syria and that the government in Damascus may have had contacts with “secret suppliers” to obtain nuclear equipment.
Andrew Semmel, acting deputy assistant secretary of state for nuclear nonproliferation policy, did not name the suppliers, but said there were North Koreans in Syria and that he could not exclude that the network run by the disgraced Pakistan nuclear scientist A.Q. Khan may have been involved.
Semmel was responding to questions about an Israeli airstrike in northern Syria last week. Neither side has explained what exactly happened, but a U.S. government official confirmed that Israeli warplanes were targeting weapons from Iran and destined for Hezbollah militants in Lebanon.
The Washington Post reported Thursday that Israel had gathered satellite imagery showing possible North Korean cooperation with Syria on a nuclear facility.
Semmel, who is in Italy for a meeting Saturday on the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, said Syria was certainly on the U.S. “watch list.”
“There are indicators that they do have something going on there,” he said. “We do know that there are a number of foreign technicians that have been in Syria. We do know that there may have been contact between Syria and some secret suppliers for nuclear equipment. Whether anything transpired remains to be seen.”
“So good foreign policy, good national security policy, would suggest that we pay very close attention to that,” he said. “We’re watching very closely. Obviously, the Israelis were watching very closely.”
Asked if the suppliers could have been North Koreans, he said: “There are North Korean people there. There’s no question about that. Just as there are a lot of North Koreans in Iraq and Iran.”
Asked if the so-called Khan network, which supplied nuclear technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea, could have been involved, he said he “wouldn’t exclude” it.
North Korea should be given nothing. Pakistan? Don’t even get me started. Turkey? Saudi Arabia? The Islamic world is quickly falling into its true motivations out of a pumped up self-confidence brought on by dhimmi appeasement and liberal ignorance. We will all be in the fight I have predicted for so many years now sooner than most of you can even begin to believe.
God help the world: the next World War is here.

Syria should tread carefully or Damascas might evolve into a ‘ruinous heap’.
The ultimate goal of all anti-Islamic warriors is to secure the USA from any further depredations by Islam and the preservation of our culture, or some goal similar to this. At any rate, I am an old fogy and remember well the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and, naturally, the 90s. Everything that Diane West sets out in her book is correct as to the effects of the failure of Americans to cherish adult standards and/or authority of any nature. Our culture is so saturated with nonsense that one can not get away from it. What am I saying? Our culture is at present not of a mindset to fight Islam. I am and you are perhaps, but we are no majority. Remember one of the reasons that Germany ploughed through France in 1940 was that the French were inadequately prepared. They were of a defensive mindset. Today, America is of a similar mindset. Call it what you will, mindset of the victors after WWII and WWI, appeasement or whatever, the bottom line is that the majority wants to stick their heads in the sand, avoid confrontation, and hide until it all goes away. The only thing that might save us is another attack or two on or home soil. As awful as this sounds, what else would get our attention as a nation?
Isn’t quite odd no one on either side is talking in detail about the Israeli bombing strike within Syria recently? They obviously hit some target of such priority that they would risk war over it and no one will confirm what they hit?
Agreed on all counts.
This is just the tip of the spear. Expect a shooting war with Iran before year’s end.
SoteriA, it’s all about necessary silence (i.e. denial). No party can own up, it’s catch 22 I think.
You mean this isn’t a nuclear deal for peaceful purposes? Imagine that. Looks like Syria is itching for a butt whipping.
