I’ve had a very busy weekend and didn’t post on Saturday for the first time in many weeks. Does anyone think that the jihad ceased in my absence?
Well, one can dream…
This thread is open. Feel free to discuss your thoughts on the topic of your choosing, gentle readers.

There is a very relevant thread at LGF today regarding the smearing, at Wikipedia, of Salim Mansur, one anti-Islamist Muslim author in Canada, who writes for various papers like the Toronto Sun, magazines and at Front Page. Salim Mansur continually, bravely and accurately tells it like it is, uncovering the Islamic agenda at home and around the world. He puts western democracy above his own safety.
On the Palestinian charade he says:
And:
Salim Mansur is a Senior Fellow at the Canadian Coalition for Democracies whose website fights the good fight for democracy, western values and discusses the danger to the west from the destructive ideology of Islam. The site also attracts Jew haters of the most evil kind. They could use the help there from those of us who support the preservation of our western, democratic civilization.
For those who can, please help out, keeping up the fight of our generation.
Thankfully we have the Foehammer’s, LGF’s, Jihad Watch’s and many, many other sites to spread the word on the most evil threat of our times, since 1938.
That 1938 threat came about quickly and was ended quickly. The threat from Islam has festered for 1400 years and is not about to go away easily or any time soon.
Clarification to my previous post: “That threat came about quickly and was ended quickly” was the Nazi threat from 1938 and was cleaned up in 1945.
There was an article at CCD with a link pointing to calgaryislam.com where the peace treaty between Jews (or infidels) and Muslims was explained. That link strangely does not connect to the same article anymore, nor anywhere to be found there, but I had captured the web page this past week, and part of it said:
By: Shaykh ‘Abdul-’Azîz bin Bâz (was the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia from 1993 until his death in 1999.)
Concerning the Peace Treaty
“[Q.2]: Does an unrestricted peace treaty with the enemy mean that we concede to them Palestine - the land of the Muslims which they have seized. And that it has now become a permanent land, by right, for the Jews due to the agreement made by the United Nations - which represent the nations of the earth. Then the United Nations will seek to punish any nation which tries to restore this land, or fight the Jews who are in it.”
“[A.2]: The peace between the leader of the Muslims in Palestine and the Jews does not mean that the Jews will permanently own the lands which they now possess. Rather, it only means that they would be in possession of it for a period of time until either the truce comes to an end, or until the Muslims become strong enough to force them out of the Muslim lands - in the case of an unrestricted peace. Likewise, it is obligatory, when we have the ability, to fight the Jews until they enter into Islâm or give the jizyah (a tax levied tram those who are permitted to live under the protection of a Muslim state) in servility. [4] The same applies to the Christians and the Magians, as Allâh - the Most Perfect - says in Sûratut-Tawbah [9:29]:”
“So all of this is with regards to when one is unable to fight the disbelievers, or unable to make them give the jizyah, if they are from Ahlul-Kitâb. However, when one does have the power to fight Jihâd against them, then what is required is to call them to enter into Islâm, or be killed, or to pay the jizyah - if they are from its people. In this case it is not permissible to seek peace with them, nor to abandon fighting and the jizyah. Rather, seeking peace is allowed when there is a need or necessity; when you are unable to fight them or enforce the jizyah upon them - if they are from its people, as Allâh - the Most Perfect, the Most High - says in the âyah that has already preceded:”
The peace sought by the infidel western and Israeli leaders is a pipe dream. Any treaty made is obviously a sneaky temporary arrangement until Muslim numbers and / or strength grows sufficiently enough to break the treaty at the earliest opportunity. That aligns with biblical prophecy does it not?
The sickening thing is, we have Muslims in the west who under our democracy, rights and freedoms are advancing their anti-infidel, islamo-facsist ideology and such things as deceit and the ultimate annihilation of the Jewish state, and all infidels, right under our noses, and getting away with it. Shame on them and even more, shame on our leaders for their blind ignorance.
Here’s a topic that few bloggers other than Foehammer are covering: jihadism in the Balkans, which is being fostered and protected by the US, NATO, the EU, and the UN. Please see:

As this is an open thread, and in case your emails are overflowing,
I thought I would put this here:
Wanted: a national culture
Multiculturalism is a disaster
Jonathan Sacks
Multiculturalism has run its course, and it is time to move on. It was a fine, even noble idea in its time. It was designed to make ethnic and religious minorities feel more at home, more appreciated and respected, and therefore better able to mesh with the larger society. It affirmed their culture. It gave dignity to difference. And in many ways it achieved its aims. Britain is a more open, diverse, energising, cosmopolitan environment than it was when I was growing up.

A tiny bit of good news.
Deported! and guess what for? Lying to the Feds.
Of course he had married a Canadian woman while here.
From CTV: “A controversial Montreal imam was forced to leave Canada Monday, after a last-minute appeal to stay in Canada was denied by a federal judge.”
Now that he’s married with a child on the way, I suppose our bleeding heart, self destructive, liberal system will let him back. We will see.
@Sounder: That is a bit of good news. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake. I’m not used to good news.
@Gramfan: Yes, my email is overflowing with not just messages from readers but spam from every continent and in multiple languages. Email has become a curse of our lifetimes in many ways, much like cellphones. I am starting to believe that all this communication saturates the minds of people with so much that they do not pay enough attention to the truly important things in life anymore.
On that note, I’ve been busy with life beyond the Anvil lately and making plans for future changes not related to the Anvil and so I will not be quite as accessible to everyone as I have been for lack of time. I will make every attempt to respond to emails, etc. in a timely manner if and when it is relevant, but I have to admit that this one pony show is a labor of love that has taken its toll on the author.

I highly recommend “Mailwasher” to everyone. Stop the mail before it gets into your inbox.
I have been using it for ages. The “paid for” version enables you to bounce emails, be they spam or hate-mail. (There is also a free version.) You can apply it to several email addresses also.
I get very few spam emails now - mainly the phishing emails from eBay and Paypal, which I can bounce. “Revenge is sweet!”
Also, if you put their ad on your website and people buy it via the Anvil, you can get a few $$$.I sent you an email about this. Now I can see why you possibly didn’t receive it.
I am not working for them!

Here is the link.
Further to the Montreal Imam deportation mentioned here, he now claims:
“the way he was treated qualified as psychological and physical torture, a nightmare that would take a lifetime to get over.”
What a surprise.
Well buddy, it will take me a lifetime to get over your lying and hateful rants.
I have just checked out another site. There are some good ideas re spam etc. Hope this also helps, FH.

Jawa Report: Texas, Canadian Companies Helping Palestinian Islamic Jihad
Jihad has lots of help it seems. When do we really wise up and get tough?
I hope this does not turn out to be a double post as first post went to cyberspace somewhere.
A note on the Montreal Imam deported to Tunisia on Monday.
Oh the humanity!
Surprise.
Well buddy, I’ll be the rest of my life getting over your lying, hateful rants.
What to do with King George and his CFR devil worshiping scum?
“Loyal Subjects to Traitorous Rebels A Royal Proclamation”
When the last dutiful & humble petition from Congress received no other Answer than declaring us Rebels, and out of the King’s protection, I from that Moment look’d forward to a Revolution & Independence, as the only means of Salvation; and will risque the last Penny of my Fortune, & the last Drop of my Blood upon the Issue.

U.S. most armed country with 90 guns per 100 people
By Laura MacInnis Tue Aug 28, 2007 1:25 PM ET
GENEVA (Reuters) - The United States has 90 guns for every 100 citizens, making it the most heavily armed society in the world, a report released on Tuesday said.
U.S. citizens own 270 million of the world’s 875 million known firearms, according to the Small Arms Survey 2007 by the Geneva-based Graduate Institute of International Studies.
About 4.5 million of the 8 million new guns manufactured worldwide each year are purchased in the United States, it said.
“There is roughly one firearm for every seven people worldwide. Without the United States, though, this drops to about one firearm per 10 people,” it said.
India had the world’s second-largest civilian gun arsenal, with an estimated 46 million firearms outside law enforcement and the military, though this represented just four guns per 100 people there. China, ranked third with 40 million privately held guns, had 3 firearms per 100 people.
Germany, France, Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil and Russia were next in the ranking of country’s overall civilian gun arsenals.
On a per-capita basis, Yemen had the second most heavily armed citizenry behind the United States, with 61 guns per 100 people, followed by Finland with 56, Switzerland with 46, Iraq with 39 and Serbia with 38.
France, Canada, Sweden, Austria and Germany were next, each with about 30 guns per 100 people, while many poorer countries often associated with violence ranked much lower. Nigeria, for instance, had just one gun per 100 people.
“Firearms are very unevenly distributed around the world. The image we have of certain regions such as Africa or Latin America being awash with weapons — these images are certainly misleading,” Small Arms Survey director Keith Krause said.
“Weapons ownership may be correlated with rising levels of wealth, and that means we need to think about future demand in parts of the world where economic growth is giving people larger disposable income,” he told a Geneva news conference.
The report, which relied on government data, surveys and media reports to estimate the size of world arsenals, estimated there were 650 million civilian firearms worldwide, and 225 million held by law enforcement and military forces.
Five years ago, the Small Arms Survey had estimated there were a total of just 640 million firearms globally.
“Civilian holdings of weapons worldwide are much larger than we previously believed,” Krause said, attributing the increase largely to better research and more data on weapon distribution networks.
