Boycott Islam: US stocks rebound on UAE’s Citigroup investment

How stupid are we? I’m being serious. How stupid are we? Stock brokers and investors are actually excited by the following news. I am anything but excited. I see this as just another move by the Arab-Muslim world to replace our need for oil with another form of economic dominance. We greedily play right into the hands of the sheiks.

We are stupid.

From NEWS.com.au Business:

US stock markets rebounded strongly overnight after banking giant Citigroup said it would gain a $US7.5 billion ($8.6 billion) injection from a United Arab Emirates investment fund.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up a hefty 215.57 points or 1.69 per cent at a preliminary close of 12,959.01. The key index had slumped by 237 points a day earlier.

The technology-laden Nasdaq composite won back a notable 39.81 points or 1.57 per cent to 2580.80 and the Standard & Poor’s 500 broad-market index jumped 21.07 points or 1.50 per cent to a preliminary finish of 1428.29.

“Financial stocks are leading today’s comeback attempt after news that Citigroup will receive a $US7.5 billion cash infusion from Abu Dhabi,” said Al Goldman, a chief market strategist at AG Edwards.

Citigroup has seen its finances plagued by the US housing slump and a related credit squeeze.

It has warned investors it likely will make writeoffs of up to $US11 billion ($12.7 billion).

Although the wider market regained some confidence from Citigroup’s investment news, the bank’s own stock floundered as analysts said it was still juggling multiple financial difficulties.

The day’s economic news remained subdued as the Conference Board said US consumer confidence sank for the fourth month in a row in November to its lowest level in more than two years amid economic uncertainty.

Re financial institutions. Seems the National Australia Bank is about to bail out South Dakota-based Great Western Bank.

Don’t get too excited yet. I believe the NAB’s CEO was/is a Muslim and they have already declared they will be doing sharia-compliant banking.

Thankfully, I do not have an account with them.

With all of the info out there you have to be crazy (or stupid) not to see it. One problem though, the more you read the less you have to argue with. So maybe it is better to just ignore it pretend it doesn’t exist or that you are the problem. Yeah, its tough being an islamist, with all the kuffars out there walking around eating, drinking, laughing and breathing, you know, living.

Yes, please tell us, tufdaawg. Since you are evidently the father of at least one child, I think you’d better start paying much better attention to the state of the world that your heirs will inherit from all of us.

I don’t work on this blog for fun. Think about that.

Oh, and btw, it’s only a “conspiracy” if you can’t prove the intent or existence of your enemy. The Islamist agenda is crystal clear and well documented.

    tufdaawg,

The Qur’an teaches to make war with the non believers. Tell us how we are the problem?

Do you honestly believe what you write? That there is a Muslim conspiracy around every corner? I hope not. That is just crazy. They aren’t the problem, we are.

I had read somewhere the sowdis - or other gulf state - owned quite a bit of citibank. I was not impressed.

I have a credit card which I rarely use. It’s on the way to being ditched. Trouble is how many other institutions do they have their fingers in?

How much of all of our countries do they own? I think that was one of the good bits of info I got out of “Farenheit 911″, if in fact it is correct????

When we get alternative energy we just might have to take our stuff back!

The great sellout continues. I’d better bone up on that shehada business because one morning we’re going to wake up to the Islamic Republic of America with the way things are going. One may as well be like millions of other Koranists who recite that drivel but don’t really believe it in order to be left alone. It gets mighty depressing railing against this evil when our own officials constantly ram this crap down our throats.

I have my work cut out for me. I am in the Air Force and you would be surprised about the naivity even among the military. Just today I told a girl about the Teddy Bear incident and she said the teacher should have known the law. My God, who should check out about naming a friggin teddy bear to see what the law says?

I find it hard to believe CitiGroup couldn’t find other investor’s other than the UAE. My only credit cards are with Citibank but I WILL be canceling them all in protest. I will not intentionally do business with a company I know will profit any Muslim countries. I can’t do anything about my need to buy gasoline but I sure can choose not to use Citibank cards. I am taking boycotting Islam seriously. This is OT but I want to say thank you Foehammer for all the hard work you put into this blog. You should know your work is paying off. You have helped educate and spread the truth about Islam. Only a few months ago when I spoke about Islam being worse than we are led to believe by the MSM, etc.,even my husband would look at me like I’d gone off the deep end. Finally, slowly but surely, it ignited enough interest in him that he started doing his own research and has come to the same conclusion and is now doing his part in educating a few at a time. I do believe there is a grass movement out there that is taking shape. And you and dedicated people like you are the reason. I never write here because I have nothing new to write but I enjoy reading here everyday. Thanks again friend for all you do.
