It is not. It has charateristics of an Islamic terrorist attack but it doesn't seem to involve sudden jihad sindrom. This is very similar to the 1984 massacre in MacDonald's Restaurant in San Ysidro. One of her points was that the shooter made a big show of deliberately shooting a teddy bear. She went on and on about that teddy bear. Anybody else hear that?
