Well, as a stint of jury duty approaches, it appears that I will not have as much time as usual to devote to the Anvil this coming week, so postings will slow down. Of course, they’ve slowed down already. My apathy is growing steadily, but maybe that’s just the holidays?

I would like to see a survey of offenders in American prisons.
What would you rather have after you are found guilty, cable tv, commissary, three hots and a cot or torture, amputations and stonings? They can take as long as they need to decide. Maybe they could discuss the finer points between American justice and sharia justice with this jihadist when he gets there.

Regarding the daughter murdering daddyofdeath (if they are willing to murder their own daughters what do you think they will do to yours?) the headline I saw says it all for the fish wrap crowd. Teen murdered, Father suspected. We are all capable of honor murdering our lovely young daughters, it happens all the time dontchaknow. Oh wait, it happens all the time since islamists started infiltrating er, immigrating to our continent.
