Anvil hacked 3X in 11 days

Yes, the Anvil was hacked yet again yesterday morning. That makes three times in the past 11 days.

Do not panic. I can and will weather the storm. I fully expect such attempts to continue, just as all the other forms of censorship and abuse have come my way since going full-time and full-tilt with this blog back in January of 2007. Death threats haven’t killed me. Digg.com banning me hasn’t stopped me. Fatwa-worthiness hasn’t scared me off. Extortion didn’t shut me down. Hackers help build my traffic and reputation.

Basically, I’m a pain in the ass to quite a few bad people and I’m not going away.

Yes. I checked in early yestarday (my time) and just a static page.
Right now there is a lot of “funny stuff” - computer lingo - where the header should be.

Hopefully things will settle down now. I’ve worked out the kinks in a new protection system that I’m beta testing.
