The Pork hidden in the Healthcare Reform Bill has been unveiled. One of the things that leaped off the page at me is that the shills we call Senators have decided to vote for a Bill that will put a 10% tax on tanning salons while at the same time removing any taxation on plastic surgery, Botox injections, etc.
Well, tanning with UVB bulbs for many Americans that suffer with the disease Psoriasis is one of the few ways to get the condition under control.
I happen to be one of them.
Oh, but it gets even more interesting and I can’t make this part up: the very same day that I finally decided to enter a salon because all other efforts have failed me (dietary, etc.), was the same day that first world of this 10% tax came out.
How’s that for irony?
If you’d like to read more details about the Pork and the treason, go here.
The Senate will do the final vote on Christmas Eve. May the ones voting YES never sleep well again: 2010 is just a few days away and I predict records will be set for how many incumbents are voted out and arrested, sued or otherwise denounced.
Merry Christmas, tyrants and traitors. There will be a Reckoning.
