Islam is Peace?

Thanks to Sounder for pointing me towards a photograph published at Kafir Canada. I really don’t have to give any description here; the photographs tell the tale. Now you should be asking the questions.

For the record, Islam does not mean ‘peace’ literally, no matter what any propaganda attempts to imply. Islam means ’submission’, and a Muslim is ‘one who submits to Allah.’ I’m pretty sure that most of us know what Islam means for the future of the Free World by this point, regardless of any definitions. It is not a happy prospect.

NYU student journalist sees no jihad in footbaths

Muslim washing feet at NYUThe following article written by Abbey Fenbert, The fear of footbaths: It’s not exactly jihad, caught my eye this morning. The NYU student makes some pretty amusing statements. Well, amusing to me because I’m the jaded infidel, probably sad for most of you. Let’s have a look:

The Muslims are coming. They have footbaths. RUN!!!

WSN’s Sept. 24 article, “Muslims lacking a place to cleanse,” pointed out that footbaths might be a better option than the Bobst sinks for Islamic students washing their feet in observance of Salah, the daily prayer ritual. This provoked passionate debate in the online article comments, with many readers posting responses best described as bat-shit crazy.

True or False: Two American Soldiers Convert to Islam, Marry in Afghanistan

Do you believe this report? If it’s true, what does it say about what our soldiers are being taught about this conflict? From EurasiaNet Civil Society:

An Afghan newspaper, cited by the Reuters news agency, reported on July 26 that two U.S. soldiers have converted to Islam and got married in Afghanistan.

The “Hewad Daily” reported that the two soldiers are stationed at Bagram Air Base north of Kabul, the center of U.S.-led operations in Afghanistan. An unidentified U.S. military spokesman said he is working to verify the account, but added that freedom of religion is a protected right under the U.S. Constitution.

Atlas Podcast on Islamic Bosnia

Balkan Topographical MapFrom Hugh Fitzgerald’s ‘95 things that fuel Muslim extremism’:

79. The refusal of Orthodox priests in monasteries in Bosnia and Kosovo to abandon the monasteries to Muslims who are clamoring to destroy them.

Mu’ammar Al-Qaddafi had this to say in a speech delivered in May of 2006:

We have fifty million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe - without swords, without guns, without conquests. The fifty million Muslims of Europe will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades.

Allah mobilizes the Muslim nation of Turkey, and adds it to the European Union. That’s another 50 million Muslims. There will be 100 million Muslims in Europe. Albania, which is a Muslim country, has already entered the EU. Bosnia, which is a Muslim country, has already entered the EU. 50 percent of its citizens are Muslims.

Pamela over at Atlas Shrugs has done a couple of very informative interviews side-by-side that I believe many of you should hear. The discussion centers around the continuing lies that surround the Bosnian conflict and the absolutely insane idea of promoting the creation of an Islamic state inside the borders of Europe by giving Kosovo its independence from Serbia. This is a foolish move that is endorsed by our very own President George W. Bush. Of course the neighboring and already Islamic state of Albania is promoting the idea of Kosovo’s independence. If anyone believes for one second that all of this will not just lead to further Muslim aggression in Eastern Europe, you haven’t been paying attention since 9-11.

As I’m fully aware that all these talks of the former Yugoslav states and their Balkan neighbors can get very confusing for most Americans, here’s a map to clarify the region involved:

Albania and Kosovo

You can listen to the Atlas BlogTalkRadio interviews here. :linknd8:

Details on the interviewees from Atlas:

James George Jatras

Jatras is Director of the American Council for Kosovo (www.savekosovo.org), is a Principal in Squire Sanders Public Advocacy, LLC, in Washington, DC. He has traveled to Kosovo on several occasions and is thoroughly knowledgeable with the Islamic radical movement in Kosovo and the Balkan region. He is familiar with the link between the Islamic radical movement in Kosovo and the Albanian mafia’s activities throughout Europe as well as in the United States, notably the New York-New Jersey area.

Jatras has extensive experience at the senior staff level with the Republican Leadership in the U.S. Senate in a broad range of policy areas, including matters related to foreign policy, international security, human rights and religious freedom worldwide, public diplomacy, immigration, international trade and finance, and the global terror risk environment.. Prior to his Senate work, Mr. Jatras served as a Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State, specializing in Soviet affairs and Eastern Europe. Mr. Jatras is a frequent speaker, panelist and seminar participant, and a frequent contributor to print and online publications. More here.

Julia Gorin is among the most recogized names in politically conservative stand-up comedy. She has been profiled in the book South Park Conservatives and her jokes will be featured in the forthcoming Complete Idiot’s Guide to Jokes. As well, she has reported for the NY Daily News, NY Post, Forward and Newsday and is a blogger at JuliaGorin.com and a widely published op-ed writer contributing to Washington Post, Jewish World Review, Wall St. Journal, Christian Science Monitor and others. She has appeared on “Politically Incorrect” and Fox News Channel shows, and is a frequent guest on talk radio. While she writes on a variety of pressing issues of the day, her most oft-returned-to subject is the Balkans, an interest ignited by the bizarre American-led war in 1999 against world war ally Yugoslavia.

Anvil Spotlight: Project Samson

Uncle SamThe following work was sent to me by a regular here at the Anvil, and I feel that it contains such powerful and concise information that it deserves broader recognition. It should prove useful, especially to those that are relatively new to the entire ‘problem’ of Islam. Beyond that, it is an outline for anti-Dhimmitude, meaning basically, how not to give in to Islamist machinations and how to peacefully combat the ideology and psychological warfare that is focused on Islamizing the world, militarily defeat it, and when the time comes, wage partisan actions in various forms (i.e. Internet Anti-Jihad).

‘No Kafir is Innocent’

Thanks to Miep for sending me this link to a video of Islamist Abu Izzadeen speaking somewhere in the UK some days ago. Near the end of his diatribe, you’ll hear him utter the words: “No kafir is innocent!”

That’s us, gentle readers. We are the kuffar. In the eyes of most Muslims we are already “guilty” because we do not follow Islam and so terror used against us is justified. Izzadeen is hardly alone in this viewpoint. Remember this fellow, Anjum Chaudri?

14 Centuries of Holy Terror

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with a Koran
The following article from Family Security Matters ties into recent murders in Saudi Arabia, but more importantly, it serves as an excellent “crash-course” into the history of Muhammad and especially his rise to power. Read on (hat tip: Sheila):

An honest Muslim blogger can open eyes

A quote from http://inshallahshaheed.wordpress.com/ (emphasis added):

“Some of you seem to have a misunderstanding regarding my intentions. I did not preach that we must slaughter every single non-Muslim for the purpose of them being non-Muslim. Rather, I have been repeatedly stating that we, as Muslims, are obligated to hate you for the sake of Allah because the fact is that you are non-Muslim; and if you can’t take it, then Alhamdullilah because one day, in the West, it will become extremely clear to the majority of who belongs to the Truth and who belongs to Falsehood. We will continue preaching the Truth until you feel like killing every single Muslim; and this has already started by the ones you worship the most: The Government. In fact, you worship your government more than you worship your own god - that is if you are a follower of a Religion. And only the people of understanding will know the truth in this.

Why Muslims Think It’s Fine to Threaten the Life of the Pope

“God willing, this will be a spark, a starter for Muslims … God willing, he [the Pope] will not come. If he comes, he will see what will happen to him,” the 26-year-old Turk told the TV cameras as he was led away in handcuffs.

Spencer: Sympathy for the Devil

Rober Spencer makes an excellent and frustrating point today on FrontPage:

Almost everyone thinks Zacarias Moussaoui is mad except Zacarias Moussaoui, and now he will have a lifetime to ponder that curious fact. Those who believe he is insane got yet more evidence on Wednesday when he was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the 9/11 attacks, and reacted as if he had been acquitted. He clapped his hands and shouted, “America, you lost. I won.” After all, what sane person would react in such a way to being sentenced to life behind bars? As if to explain his bizarre behavior, CNN placed a video link immediately following its account of Moussaoui’s exclamation: “Watch how Moussaoui grew up surrounded by pain — 3:07).”

A Mujahedin website in action

http://www.mujahedon.net/forums/index.php?act=quran

Notice the menu at the top right: Quran.

Notice the graphic at the top center: AK-47’s on horseback and the typical covered face of a jihadi.

Reminds me of a quote:

‘Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.’ -Qur’an 8:60

The Covenant of Hamas and Mr. Whittaker’s Dhimmitude

MEMRI has posted today a very important document translation. I have taken the liberty of highlighting certain, shall we say, enlightening sections:

The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement — Hamas

[Statement from MEMRI] In view of the recent victory of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Palestinian Authority Legislative Council elections, it is important to make the Hamas covenant [1] available in English for English speaking readers. The English version which is currently posted in a number of websites is not satisfactory, and therefore MEMRI is providing here a closer, more accurate translation.
