I was dealing a little yesterday (with as much patience as I could), a very annoying multi-part Muslim commentator who’s seen fit to try to belittle my efforts on YouTube. By poking and prodding me with ridiculous assertions of mis-numbering Quranic verses, he has managed to post over a dozen times in the thread where ‘Refuting Islam Part 1′ resides. I could ban him outright and delete his postings, but I do not want to give excuse to anyone trying to accuse me of censoring a dissenter. Instead I’m allowing him to ramble on and hope that people see his strategy for what it is — ludicrous.

So it is that when I came across the following editorial piece today from The Gathering Storm, I felt very compelled to share it with my own readers. You see, the Muslims fear the Truth so badly that they are dead-set on rewriting Quranic translations so as to hide the “bad parts”, to intimidating the Mass Media and Law Enforcement officials and governments, and now they are turning their attention to the Blogosphere and Google. A Muslim Ummah has now even gone so far as to call upon his followers to take action against Google. And bloggers — we’re next:

How to answer these blasphemers? Why with INTIMIDATION of course!

So it is now up to us, the Muslim Ummah, to take action against this religious hatred.

We need to let Google know that this content is unacceptable, especially from a publisher with this kind of distribution and that the Muslims will not tolerate it. Fill out this form for Google and register your complaint. While it is near impossible to find a �complaints� department on Google, this form will allow you to type in the url and submit it. Remember to be courteous and don�t sink to the low levels the enemies of Islam have.

The cartoons published in Denmark set a dangerous precedent that has proved to be a slippery slope. If we allow this type of content to be published, sooner or later even the Muslims will not find it offensive, may Allah prevent that, Amen. We need to act and act now to remove the vile material from the web. There is power in numbers and if we act as one hand, Google will have no choice but to respond and remove it.

So what face will Google show to the world? Free speech or submission?

Yes, indeed, the power of YouTube and other sites on the Internet must send the Islamic clergy screaming behind pulpits now. Whatever must be done to stop Free Speech and Mass Communications — do it. Jihad!

To Hell with that idea. The Hammer on the Anvil will ring loud, clear and over and over, until Islam is chased from the shores of the United States of America.
