The First Amendment. It guarantees my Right to Free Speech. Yet, here we are 6 months later, after I originally brought up the issue of Foehammer.com (sister domain to Foehammer.net) being listed as a ‘hate site’, and it is still unchanged from or has reverted back to “1.Violence/Hate/Racism” categorization by SonicWall, one or the other.
I cannot abide censorship and so I am once again asking that you take a minute and follow the instructions originally listed in the an article here mid-way through 2007:

This will be old news to many but good news to all. Jihad Watch chief Robert Spencer disclosed news a few days ago that SonicWall has finally lifted the block on his site. For more information on this ongoing fight against censorship of bloggers, I refer you to the intrepid 1389.
I am just about on my way out of the hotel room (no Pinot Noir in mine, Greg) to Dartmouth College for my final Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week talk, but I thought I’d relay some good news I just heard from the crack legal team over at The Becker Law Firm.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend (or did enjoy their weekend for those down in Australia). I may update with a link to a new podcast later today, but then again I might not; I guess it’s going to be a wait and see sort of Sunday.
The Anvil is still undergoing a server migration slowly but surely to a vastly superior environment, and I will advise you all when it is completed, but have no doubt that the upgrade is indeed underway.

Category 1: Violence/Hate/Racism
I noticed this after doing what has now become a weekly habit of mine: checking my status with censors. That’s sad, isn’t it? As if I have time to waste.

This is also as good a time as ever to unveil a WWII era poster that I adapted for the 1389blog.com campaign to Stop Blog Censorship! By the look of things it also appears that 1389 could use a hand with SonicWALL, too. These companies get paid to be this bad at what they do?

An Anvil Victory against Censorship: a Victory for All confirms that SonicWALL and Panera Bread will no longer be censoring Foehammer’s Anvil. 1389 would like to thank all of you who participated in this effort.
But the war is far from over. 
“The war is far from over? What’s that supposed to mean?”
It means that this is not the time for us to rest.
It appears official: SonicWALL Internet Security has re-rated Foehammer’s Anvil from pornography to web communications. This would not have happened without the efforts of Anvil readers and my fellow bloggers and 1389 deserves the greatest credit and thanks for discovering this particular censor in the first place and disseminating the needed information to so many people.
I feel that this is not only a Free Speech victory for the Anvil, but a victory for the entire Blogosphere and especially the Anti-Jihad portion of it.

I just received this reply from Panera Bread. Please go ahead and use the link at Sonic Wall to request that Foehammer’s Anvil and other antijihadist sites not be blocked.
