The United American Committee has funded two speakers to take on the notorious Muslim Public Affairs Council at an upcoming College Republican sponsored panel discussion on the subject of whether or not Islamic doctrine is compatible with democracy. Nonie Darwish and Hasan Mahmud, along with former Republican Party state chairman Shawn Steel will be countering pro-Sharia (Islamic law) arguments from the Islamist MPAC and will bring to light the facts which show how Sharia is everything counter to what democracy stands for.

It’s Sunday already? I’m taking a breather today, but I wanted to open up discussions again as usual.
I also want to bring to your attention some protest information for any of you that might be in the NYC area on Monday. President Ahmadinejad of Iran is in New York, as most of you know, and he’s set to be a “Guest of Honor” at Columbia University. This in itself is a travesty and many people are quite upset about it, especially American Jews who aren’t too happy about a man that denies the Holocaust and threatens destruction of Israel on a fairly regular basis.

The United American Committee, America’s largest educational grassroots organization against the threat of radical Islam, is planning a counter protest on Sunday, September 9th of an annual parade in New York City which in years past has attracted thousands of Islamist extremists carrying signs and chanting for the destruction of America. The parade, titled the Annual Muslim Day Parade, is sponsored by several Islamist organizations deemed by many Americans to be radical and a danger to freedom. Past parades have included such extremists as Ashrafuzzaman Khan, accused death squad leader, as well as Siraj Wahhaj, unindicted co-conspirator of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
Rally Against Islamofascism/CAIR Day, with seven rallies taking place across the nation. All rallies will be held today, Saturday, March 31st. For details, see the UAC site. Please go and attend the ones in your area.

Organization plans rally & hanging of Bin Laden effigy, challenges questionable Islamic group
A prominent educational and action organization today publicly announced a challenge to CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations, to join them in condemnation of Islamic militancy at an upcoming rally against Islamic terrorism planned for Saturday March 31st 2007at 1:00 PM in front of CAIRs Southern California offices at 2180 W. Crescent Ave. in Anaheim, CA. The rally is scheduled to include guest speakers, games, and giveaways, as well as a mock hanging of bin Laden.
